Pasta Fest in Arlington

Arlington, Vt.—It’s pasta, pasta, pasta, as Fisher Elementary School holds its Annual Pasta Fest, Wednesday, April 23, from 5-7 p.m. in the school’s Mack Multi-Purpose Room.  Tickets are available at the door.  Adult tickets are $10, children ages 3-10 are $5, and children 2 and younger are free.  Proceeds from the evening help support a variety of activities at Fisher.

Featuring the culinary delights of many area restaurants, Pasta Fest offers a variety of delicious entrees from local chefs who donate a signature pasta dish to the event.  Restaurants donating to the event this year include:  Arlington Inn, Equinox Hotel, Harvest Grille, Manchester Bar & Grill, Mulligan’s, Perfect Wife, Reluctant Panther, Sirloin Saloon, Southside Café, West Mountain Inn, Ye Olde Tavern and Zoey’s Double Hex.

Pasta Fest Organizer Deb Roberts says people look forward to the event each spring.  “I’ve had people asking me for the date of Pasta Fest for weeks.  It’s a fun dinner.  You can bring the whole family, visit with friends and enjoy great food.”

For more information about Pasta Fest, contact Roberts at robertsd@bvsu.org or 375-6409.  To learn more about Fisher Elementary School, visit our website at www.fisher.k12.vt.us.  The Arlington School District mission is to create a safe, caring, and respectful environment of academic excellence where students are uniquely challenged to reach their potential at the K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 levels.
